We took a look at 41,000 reviews from the site to gain an understanding of the most-reviewed products and why their customers are so outspoken, both for the good and for the bad.
The 25 most-reviewed products on TrustRadius
The most-reviewed product on TrustRadius was Marketo with 609 reviews. Among the top-10 most-reviewed, HubSpot and Zoom reviewed the best with an average 94% score each. The most-reviewed products that scored lowest included Brightpearl and ADP Workforce Now with average ratings of 74.1% and 76.9%, respectively.

Marketo ($MKTO) creates "marketing automation" software suites for account-based marketing across mobile, email, social, ads, analytics, and web management. It was acquired by Adobe Systems in September 2018 for $4.75 billion.
We averaged 609 reviews for Marketo for an average of 83.7%. It saw some of its lowest reviews in 2016-2017, when users complained of a lack of support for Internet Explorer, a complex templating system, and a rough user interface. Fans of Marketo hail its integration with Salesforce and cheaper price compared to competitor Eloqua.
HubSpot
With 588 reviews averaged for an impressive 94% rating, HubSpot ($HUBS) is one of the most positively reviewed products on TrustRadius. An all-in-one inbound marketing engine that "includes tools for email marketing, landing page creation, social media marketing" and more, Trust Radius users hail HubSpot's tool integration, reporting capabilities, and easy-to-use interface.
Low ratings for HubSpot are rare, but some users in 2013 complained about low reliability and lackluster support and documentation.
UltiPro
UltiPro ($ULTI) is a human resources, payroll, and talent suite. With 531 reviews averaged, it scored a decent 82.2%.
Positive reivews laud UltiPro's intuitive interface, access-anywhere cloud-based architecture, and reporting options. On the negative side, especially in and around 2014-2016, reviewers complained of a poorly integrated plauform, a confusing interface, and a difficult customer support process. To UltiPro's credit, reviews have been better as of late, indicating that many of the issues have been remedied.
Procore
Procore ($PRIVATE:PROCORETECHNOLOGIESINC.) offers construction project management software that includes remote collaboration features, document tracking and management, contracting, RFIs, and more. With 414 averaged reviews, Procore scored a health 88.6%, which would probably be higher were it not for a small spate of negative reviews in early 2019.
Those poor reviews cite a lack of Sage accounting software integration, a poorly designed bidding management tool, and a lack of support for QuickBooks. On the positive side, though, users like Procore's budgeting tool, communication features, scheduling, and RFI management.
ConnectWise Control
ConnectWise ($PRIVATE:CONNECTWISE) Conrol (formerly ScreenConnect) is a remote access support and access solution. It allows IT pros to remotely access machines for support, updates, and security management. It also supports onlkine seminars via remote meetings.
ConnectWise scored well with a 93% average rating across 349 reviews. Fans like its ease of use, speed, and simplicity. They also mention good pricing. On the negative side, customer complain of outdated mobile apps and a tought-to-use chat feature.
