Another month, another win for Apple ($AAPL) at Best Buy ($BBY).
For the second straight month, Apple's AirPods are the best-selling product at the world's largest tech retailer, according to sales-rank data aggregated from BestBuy.com. Although its average rank dropped close to a full point, it still dominated in a month with sales-busting Black Friday deals.
Of those deals included a major discount on the PlayStation 4 by Sony ($SNE), which also had a big November. Thanks to Rockstar Games' ($TTWO) Western shooter Red Dead Redemption 2, the PlayStation 4 game became a top-ten product sold at Best Buy. A PS4 console and game bundle also did fairly well this past month, averaging a rank of 65.9 out of all Best Buy products for all 24 days with data from that month.
Finally, another interesting product that continues to top the best-seller list is an HDMI cable from Rocketfish, which apparently is selling well at $30 despite there being plenty of alternatives (that also support 4K) for a fraction of the price.
